Requirements

1. Manufacturers/Importers applying for registration of products with registered raw materials must provide the following:
   • Evidence of Registration of Hazardous and Toxic Materials (K3L) for raw materials;
   • A declaration stating that the product is manufactured without processes resulting in a change in chemical compound content.
2. Manufacturers/Importers of products that are required to be registered must provide the following:
   • Self-declaration of conformity;
   • Laboratory test results for registered products, including the brand, type, or product category;
   • A list of distributors, agents, wholesalers, and/or retailers with their addresses.

Obligations

1. Display the issued registration number on products and/or packaging that is easily visible and legible and not easily damaged;
2. Report any changes in industrial business permits for manufacturers or trading business permits for importers, as well as a list of distributors, agents, wholesalers, and/or retailers;
3. Re-register for data updates.
