    Radiation protection personnel;
    Radioactive substance security personnel; and/or
    Other personnel handling ionizing radiation sources.

6. Documents on the quality compliance of Ionizing Radiation Source;

7. Documents on radiation protection and safety programs and/or documents on radioactive substance security programs;

Obligations

1. Conduct well logging activities in accordance with the permit issued by the Regulatory Body;

2. Implement radiation protection and safety measures as per the permit requirements;

3. Implement radioactive substance security programs;

4. Provide an opportunity for the Head of the Regulatory Body to conduct inspections during the validity of the permit;

5. Submit safety and security verification reports of radioactive substances to the Regulatory Body periodically each year, starting from the date of Business Licensing issuance.
