Evidence of appointment of KP3A in the PMSE field as a representative by the foreign PPMSE, notarized by a Notary, and a certificate from the Trade Attaché of the Republic of Indonesia or officials of the Indonesian representative office in the foreign country. The document should be translated into Indonesian by a sworn translator and should include the authorization of KP3A in the PMSE field for representing the foreign PPMSE in:
    • Meeting consumer protection obligations
    • Providing guidance to enhance competitiveness

Obligations

  1. The PMSE provider (PPMSE) must store data of registered Foreign Traders on its PMSE facility
  2. Duration: -

  3. Domestic and foreign PPMSE with appointed representatives must terminate their business activities. Owners, managers, or those responsible must submit reports, data, and/or information electronically through the Ministry/Agency

  5. Domestic and/or foreign PPMSE must submit data and/or information to the government agency responsible for government matters in the field of statistics

  7. Foreign PPMSE that meets certain criteria must appoint a representative located within the jurisdiction of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, who can act on behalf of the PPMSE. The representative must be appointed within 14 calendar days from the date when one of the parties declares the termination of the relationship in writing

  9. In conducting PMSE, Business Operators should support government programs, including:
    • Prioritize the trade of goods and/or services produced domestically
    • Enhance the competitiveness of domestically produced goods and/or services
    • Domestic PPMSE must provide promotional space for domestically produced goods and/or services

  10. In the event of unilateral termination of the relationship, foreign PPMSE appoints a new representative within 14 calendar days from the date when one of the parties declares the termination of the relationship in writing

  12. In the event of sanctions imposed on domestic or foreign traders, the PPMSE blocks the PMSE services for domestic or foreign traders
