• Quality Assurance/Quality Control Management System;

Standards and Quality (Specifications) of Lubricants and performance test reports of Lubricants and/or Quality Certificates of Lubricant performance issued by internationally recognized authorized institutions or recommendations from additive manufacturers and/or Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs);

1. Appointment letter or cooperation contract from Lubricant Manufacturers or Principals, including Lubricant sourcing, for importers, sole agents, or distributors; or cooperation contracts from Lubricant Manufacturers for users of Lubricant fabrication services;

1. Certificate or registration mark of Lubricant brands issued by the directorate general responsible for formulating and implementing policies in the field of Intellectual Property Rights;

1. Lubricant SNI SPPT or Analysis Result Report (LHA).

Sampling report for lubricants by Sampling Officer (PPC) as much as 2 liters or 2 kg for each type of lubricant;

Testing by a testing laboratory for compliance with Lubricant standards and quality (specifications) through lubricant sample testing;

1. Reporting the realization of lubricant sales every 3 months;
