Requirements

1. Documentation of the feasibility analysis of network utilization, continuously updated by the Network Owner, stating that network utilization for telematics purposes complies with the Open Space and Electrical Safety requirements, with additional details based on the scope of utilization as follows:
   1. Support structure type
   2. Support structure location and GPS coordinates
   3. Electricity network and installed electrical equipment
   4. Telematics network and installed telematics equipment
   5. Structural strength analysis of each utilized support structure
   6. Projection of electrical and telematics utilization growth for the next 5 years
2. Utilization of Optical Fiber in the Network
   1. Type and capacity of installed optical fibers
   2. Function of installed optical fibers
   3. Capacity analysis of the utilized optical fibers from point-to-point
   4. Projection of optical fiber capacity growth for the next 5 years
3. Utilization of Conductors in the Network
   1. Type of conductors used
   2. Frequency used for telematics purposes
   3. Used technology, including standards and procedures
   4. Interference analysis on devices connected to conductors
   5. Projection of conductor utilization growth for the next 5 years
4. Utilization of Pilot Cables in the Network
   1. Type and capacity of installed pilot cables
   2. Function of installed pilot cables
   3. Interference analysis of the utilized pilot cables from point-to-point
   4. Projection of pilot cable capacity growth for the next 5 years
5. Recapitulation of incidents during the installation, operation, maintenance, dismantling, and regulation of network utilization (if any)
6. Disruptions in the distribution of electrical energy due to network utilization for telematics purposes (if any), including the type of disruption, duration, cause of disruption, impact of disruption, time of disruption resolution, and disruption mitigation
7. Recapitulation of network utilization regulation (if any)
8. Background of utilizing the electrical network for telematics purposes
9. Network User profile, including identity, address, and Telematics Business Field Business Permit
10. Network utilization plan by Network User, including work coverage area, network capacity, design, and specifications of telematics equipment to be used, including a projection plan for the next 5 years
11. Network utilization agreement
12. Procedures for installation, operation, security, maintenance, dismantling, and regulation of telematics networks
13. Changes in the type, specifications, and/or capacity of telematics equipment installed in the network (if any)
14. Documentation of field review sampling testing of network utilization
