This group includes activities based on social work professions, the provision of social service activities, counseling, welfare, refugees, handovers, and similar services provided to individuals and families at home or elsewhere, carried out by private individuals, local and national non-governmental organizations, natural disaster relief organizations, and specialized counseling service providers. These activities encompass services such as welfare and guidance for children and adolescents, adoption activities, juvenile delinquency prevention activities, household financial counseling, marriage and family guidance, debt consultation services, community and environmental activities, activities for disaster victims, refugees, immigrants, and others, including temporary or long-term shelter, rehabilitation activities, and employment in situations where educational components are limited. These activities also cover eligibility determination in relation to welfare assistance, loans, or food vouchers, daily child care, including for children with disabilities, daily facilities for the homeless, and various other lower- to middle-income social group activities. This includes activities such as community mentoring, family counseling, women's leadership training, and rural women's self-help efforts, adoption, resocialization, and mentoring.
