This subgroup includes the provision of social services, counseling, welfare, refugee support, delivery, and similar services provided to individuals and families in homes or other locations and carried out by government offices or private organizations, natural disaster relief organizations, local and national voluntary organizations, as well as specialized counseling service providers. This subgroup includes: - Welfare and guidance services for children and adolescents - Adoption activities and activities for the prevention of juvenile delinquency - Financial counseling for households, marriage and family counseling, debt counseling services - Community and environmental activities - Activities for disaster victims, refugees, immigrants, and others, including temporary or long-term shelters - Rehabilitation activities and job habitat for the unemployed where educational components are limited - Determination of eligibility for welfare assistance, loans, or food coupons - Daily care for children, including children with disabilities - Daily facilities for the homeless and other lower-middle social groups This subgroup does not include: - Financing and administration of mandatory social security programs, see 8430 - Similar activities in this subgroup, but including accommodation, see 8790
