This group encompasses activities based on the profession of social work for individuals, families, or communities conducted by private entities. These activities can be carried out by private organizations, local or national non-governmental organizations, and specialized institutions providing social services. They include visiting the elderly and people with disabilities, daily care for the elderly and people with disabilities, and rehabilitation and vocational rehabilitation activities with limited educational components. This group also includes fundraising, collecting, and distributing social assistance funds. It does not include activities described in this group but includes accommodation (8730) and daily care activities, including for children with disabilities (8899).
