This subgroup includes the provision of social services, counseling, welfare, shelter, outreach, delivery, and similar services targeted at the elderly and people with disabilities in their homes or elsewhere, conducted by government offices or private organizations, local or national non-governmental organizations, or specialized counseling service providers. This subgroup includes: - Visiting activities for the elderly and people with disabilities. - Daily care activities for the elderly and people with disabilities. - Rehabilitation and vocational habilitation activities for people with disabilities, with limited educational components. This subgroup does not include: - Funding and administration of mandatory social security programs, see 8430. - Activities described in this subgroup but including accommodation, see 8730. - Daily care activities for disabled children, see 8899.
