This subgroup includes the provision of advisory, guidance, and operational assistance in business and other organizational and management issues, such as strategic and organizational planning; financial decision-making; marketing objectives and policies; human resources planning, practices, and policies; production scheduling and control planning. Providing these business services may also encompass advisory, guidance, and operational assistance for businesses and community services in public relations and public or general communication, lobbying activities, design of accounting methods and procedures, cost accounting programs, budgetary control procedures, and advice and assistance to businesses and community services in planning, organization, efficiency, and control, management information, and others.
