Value-Added Telephony Services This subgroup includes the provision of value-added telephony services that offer basic telephony services such as smart network (IN) telephony services, calling cards, and others. It includes: - Providing premium call services. - Providing public radio paging services. - Providing premium SMS content services. - Providing telecommunications services over telecommunications connections, such as Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP). - Providing other value-added telephony services. This subgroup does not include: - Providing internet access through telecommunications infrastructure operators, see 6110, 6120, and 6130.
