"This category includes the provision of specialized telecommunications applications, such as satellite tracking, telemetry communication, and radar station operations. This also includes the operation of satellite terminal stations and related facilities that are operationally connected to one or more land communication systems and have the capability to transmit communications to or receive communications from satellite systems. Additionally, it covers the provision of internet access through networks between clients and ISPs that are not owned or controlled by the ISP, such as direct (dial-up) internet access and others. It also encompasses the provision of telecommunications services using existing telecom connections (such as VOIP services) and telecommunications reselling (i.e., purchasing and selling network capacity without providing additional services). This category does not include internet access through telecommunications infrastructure operators."
