Mining and other excavation [ytdl]

This group includes the natural mining of phosphate, calcium sulfate, pure sulfur; the extraction and processing of pyrite and pyrrhotite, excluding burning; mining of natural barium carbonate and barium sulfate, natural borates, natural magnesium sulfate; extraction and agglomeration of peat, mining of earth colors (a type of mineral pigment), fluorspar (a luminescent mineral), and other minerals as chemical raw materials. This group also includes the mining of guano (fertilizer from bird/bat droppings), the extraction of salt from underground sources, and salt production by evaporating seawater, but does not include the processing of salt into table salt; mining and excavation of various minerals and other chemicals are also included in this group.
