Forest Management
"This category encompasses the planting of forest trees and small-scale tree plantations in forested land, as well as the planting of small trees that are periodically cut for firewood, wood pulp, and other uses in natural forests or managed forests, including tree nursery operations. It includes the cultivation of industrial crops and activities related to the maintenance, protection, harvesting, and marketing of forest products. These activities can be carried out in natural forests, planted forests, or outside forest areas (community forests). The range of forest management activities includes forest planning, utilization, land use, rehabilitation, reclamation, as well as forest protection and conservation.
