Pasal 2 Pelaksanaan likuidasi dalam rangka pembubaran Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Industri Sandang Nusantara sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 1 dilakukan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang- undangan di bidang Badan Usaha Milik Negara, peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang Perseroan Terbatas, dan peraturan perundang-undangan lainnya. Pasal 3 Penyelesaian pembubaran Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT lndustri Sandang Nusantara termasuk likuidasi sebagaimana dimaksud Pasal 2 dilaksanakan paling lambat 6 (enam) tahun terhitung sejak tanggal pengundangan Peraturan Pemerintah ini. Pasal 4 Semua kekayaan sisa hasil likuidasi Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Industri Sandang Nusantara sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 2, disetorkan ke Kas Negara. Pasal 5 Peraturan Pemerintah ini mtrlai berlaku pada tanggal diundangkan.
