PRESIDEN REPUBLIK INDONESIA,
Menimbang a. bahwa untuk mendukung program ekspor nasional
melalui Pembiayaan Ekspor Nasional termasuk Penugasan
Khusus Pemerintah kepada Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor
Indonesia, perlu meningkatkan kapasitas usaha dan
memperkuat struktur permodalan Lembaga Pembiayaan
Ekspor Indonesia melalui penambahan penyertaan modal
Negara Republik Indonesia ke dalam modal Lembaga
Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia yang bersumber dari
Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara Tahun
Anggaran 2O2l;
b. bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan sebagaimana dimaksud
dalam huruf a, perlu menetapkan Peraturan Pemerintah
tentang Penambahan Penyertaan Modal Negara Republik
Indonesia ke Dalam Modal Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor

MEMUTUSKAN
PERATURAN PEMERINTAH TENTANG PENAMBAHAN
PENYERTAAN MODAL NEGARA REPUBLIK INDONESIA KE
DALAM MODAL LEMBAGA PEMBIAYAAN EKSPOR INDONESIA.
Pasal I
Negara Republik Indonesia melakukan penambahan
penyertaan modal ke dalam modal Lembaga Pembiayaan
Ekspor Indonesia yang didirikan berdasarkan Undang-Undang
Nomor 2 Tahun 2OO9 tentang Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor
Indonesia.
Pasal 2
(1) Penambahan penyertaan modal negara sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam Pasal I bersumber dari Anggaran
Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara Tahun Anggaran 2021.
(21 Nilai penambahan penyertaan modal negara seb,agaimana
dimaksud pada ayat (1) sebesar Rp5.000.000.0O0.000,00
(lima triliun rupiah; yang terdiri atas:
a. Rp2.500.0O0.000.000,00 (dua triliun lima ratus miliar
rupiah) digunakan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas
usaha Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia; dan
b. Rp2.500.000.000.000,00 (dua triliun lima ratus miliar
rupiah) digunakan untuk melaksanakan Penugasan
Khusus Pemerintah kepada Lembaga Pembiayaan
Ekspor Indonesia sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan
perundang-undangan.
Pasal 3
Peraturan Pemerintah ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal
diundangkan.
