Pasal 4 Pada saat Peraturan Presiden ini mulai berlaku: a. semua kekayaan, pegawai, hak, dan kewajiban dari Institut Agama Islam Negeri Pekalongan dialihkan menjadi kekayaan, pegawai, hak, dan kewajiban Universitas Islam Negeri K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan; dan b. semua mahasiswa dari Institut Agama Islam Negeri Pekalongan dialihkan menjadi mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. Pasal 5 Penataan organisasi, kepegawaian, anggaran, aset, dan arsip terkait dengan proses pengalihan Institut Agama Is1am Negeri Pekalongan menjadi Universitas Islam Negeri K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan dalam pelaksanaan Peraturan Presiden ini menjadi tanggung jawab menteri/pimpinan lembaga pemerintah nonkementerian sesuai dengan kewenangan masing- masing. Pasal 6... SK No 146169A -- 3 of 5 -- PRESIDEN REPUBLIK INDONESIA Pasal 6 Pada saat Peraturan Presiden ini mulai berlaku,-semua peraturan perundang-undangan yang merupakan pelaksanaan dari Peraturan Presiden Nomor 73 Tahun 2016 tentang Institut Agama Islam Negeri Pekalongan (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2016 Nomor 161), dinyatakan masih tetap berlaku sepanjang tidak bertentangan dengan ketentuan dalam Peraturan Presiden ini. Pasal 7 Pada saat Peraturan Presiden ini mulai berlaku, Peraturan Presiden Nomor 73 Tahun 2016 tentang Institut Agama Islam Negeri Pekalongan (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2016 Nomor 161), dicabut dan dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
