PRESIDEN REPUBLIK INDONESIA,
Menimbang a. bahwa dalam rangka mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan
dukungan administrasi Staf Khusus Pimpinan Dewan
Perwakilan Daerah Republik Indonesia, perlu
melakukan perubahan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 17
Tahun 2017 tentang Sekretariat Jenderal Dewan
Pcrwakilan Daerah Republik Indonesia;
b. bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam huruf a, perlu menetapkan
Peraturan Presiden tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan
Presiden Nomor 17 Tahun 2Ol7 tentang Sekrctariat

Pasal II
Pcraturan Presiden ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal
diundangkan.
