Pasal 4 Segala kebijakan yang telah dilakukan oleh Komite Penanganan Corona Vints Disease 2019 (COVID-19) dan Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional, kementerian / lembaga, dan/atau pemerintah daerah untuk penanganan pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID- 19) dan/atau dalam rangka menghadapi ancaman yang membahayakan perekonomian nasional dan/atau stabilitas sistem keuangan beserta hak dan kewajiban yang ditimbulkan sebelum berlakunya Keputusan Presiden Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Penetapan Berakhirnya Status Pand emi Corona Vints Disease 2O19 (COVID-l9) di Indonesia, dinyatakan masih tetap berlaku sampai dengan terpenuhinya hak dan kewajiban tersebut sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Nomor 74 Tahun 2O2l tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Presiden Nomor 99 Tahun 2O2O tentang Pengadaan Vaksin dan Pelaksanaan Vaksinasi Dalam Rangka Penanggulangan Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID- 19) (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2021 Nomor 66); b. Nomor 50 Tahun 2O2l tentang Perubahan Kedua atas Peraturan Presiden Nomor 99 Tahun 2O2O tentang Pengadaan Vaksin dan Pelaksanaan Vaksinasi Dalam Rangka Penanggulangan Pandemi Corona Vints Disease 2019 (COVID- 19) (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2O2 I Nomor 729]; dan c.
