DENGAN RAHMAT TUHAN YANG MAHA ESA
PRESIDEN REPUBLIK INDONESIA,
Menimbang bahwa untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 19 ayat (4)
Peraturan Presiden Nomor 62 Tahun 2022 tentang Otorita
Ibu Kota Nusantara, perlu menetapkan Peraturan Presiden
tentang Hak Keuangan dan Fasilitas Lainnya bagi
Sekretaris, Deputi, Kepala Unit Kerja Hukum dan
Kepatuhan, dan Direktur/Kepala Biro Otorita lbu Kota
Nusantara;

Mengingat
MEMUTUSKAN:
Menetapkan PERATURAN PRESIDEN TENTANG HAK KEUANGAN DAN
FASILITAS LAINNYA BAGI SEKRETARIS, DEPUTI, KEPALA
UNIT KERJA HUKUM DAN KEPATUHAN, DAN
DIREKTUR/KEPALA BIRO OTORITA IBU KOTA
NUSANTARA.

Pasal 1
Sekretaris, Deputi, Kepala Unit Kerja Hukum dan
Kepatuhan, dan Direktur/ Kepala Biro Otorita Ibu Kota
Nusantara diberikan hak keuangan setiap bulan dan
fasilitas lainnya.
Pasal 2
(1) Hak Keuangan Sekretaris, Deputi, Kepala Unit Kerja
Hukum dan Kepatuhan, dan Direktur/Kepala Biro
Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara terdiri atas gaji pokok serta
tunjangan melekat berupa tunjangan keluarga,
tunjangan pangan/beras, tunjangan jabatan, dan
tunjangan kineda.
(2) Gaji pokok serta tunjangan melekat berupa tunjangan
keluarga, tunjangan pangan / beras, dan tunjangan jabatan
sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (l) diberikan sesuai
dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.
(3) Tunjangan kinerja bagi Sekretaris, Deputi, Kepala Unit
Kerja Hukum dan Kepatuhan, dan Direktur/Kepala
Biro Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara sebagaimana dimaksud
pada ayat (1) diberikan sesuai dengan kelas jabatan
sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran yang
merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Peraturan
Presiden ini.
Pasal 3
Fasilitas lainnya bagi Sekretaris, Deputi, Kepala Unit Kerja
Hukum dan Kepatuhan, dan Direktur/ Kepala Biro Otorita
Ibu Kota Nusantara terdiri atas fasilitas triaya perjalanan
dinas, fasilitas jaminan sosial, fasilitas perumahan, fasilitas
transportasi, dan fasilitas lainnya sesuai dengan ketentuan
peraturan perundang-undangan.
Pasal 4
Hak keuangan dan fasilitas lainnya bagi Sekretaris, Deputi,
Kepala Unit Kerja Hukum dan Kepatuhan, dan
Direktur/Kepala Biro Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam Pasal I sampai dengan Pasal 3 diberikan
terhitung sejak tanggal pelantikan Sekretaris, Deputi, Kepala
Unit Kerja Hukum dan Kepatuhan, dan Direkh.rr/ Kepala Biro
Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara.

Pasal 5
Pemberian hak keuangan dan fasilitas lainnya dihentikan
jika Sekretaris, Deputi, Kepala Unit Kerja Hukum dan
Kepatuhan, dan Direktur lKepala Biro Otorita Ibu Kota
Nusantara:
a. berhenti; atau
b. diberhentikan,
dari jabatannya sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan
perundang-undangan.
Pasal 6
Tata cara pembayaran dan penghentian pembayaran hak
keuangan dan fasilitas lainnya bagi Sekretaris, Deputi,
Kepala Unit Kerja Hukum dan Kepatuhan, dan
Direktur/ Kepala Biro Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara
dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan
perundang-undangan.
Pasal 7
Pajak penghasilan atas hak keuangan dan fasilitas lainnya
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Presiden ini
dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan
perundang-undangan.
Pasal 8
Pemberian hak keuangan dan fasilitas lainnya sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam Peraturan Presiden ini bersumber dari
Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara.
Pasal 9
Peraturan Presiden ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal
diundangkan.
