Menimbang a. bahwa dalam upaya meningkatkan dan memantapkan
perekonomian nasional diperlukan tersedianya sistem
transporlasi udara nasioual yang
pertumbuhan ekonomi, mempererat hubungan
antarbangsa, dan memperkukuh kedaulatan negara
sebagaimana diamanatkan Lncang-Undang Dasar
Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945;
b. balwa Persetqiuan Angktrtan Udara antara Pemerintah
Republik Indonesia dan Pemerintah Republik Argentina
