   6. Total Planned Distribution Network Development;
   7. Total Planned Distribution Substation Development;
   8. Total Investment Requirements.

7. For Integrated Electricity Supply Business
   1. Introduction;
   2. Infrastructure development strategy for electricity supply and sales;
   3. Availability of energy sources and utilization strategy;
   4. Conditions of the electricity supply business;
   5. Electricity supply plan, including:
      1. Sales Projections;
      2. Customer Projections;
      3. Generation (power balance, energy mix, fuel, GHG emissions);
      4. Transmission;
      5. Substations; and
      6. Distribution System.
   6. Investment requirements and funding indications; and
   7. Risk analysis.

Obligations

1. Electricity Business Entities must submit a realization report of RUPTL to:
   • The Minister through the Directorate General, for Business Entities whose IUPTL is issued by the Minister; or
   • The Governor, for Business Entities whose IUPTL is issued by the Governor.

3. Electricity Business Entities holding a Business Territory must implement the approved RUPTL to meet electricity needs within their Business Territory.

5. Electricity Business Entities holding a business territory must amend the RUPTL if there is an order from the Minister or the Governor in accordance with their authority.

7. The RUPTL is evaluated periodically every 1 (one) year by Business Entities holding a business territory. If changes to the RUPTL are required, Business Entities must apply for approval to the Minister or the Governor in accordance with their authority.

9. Any changes to the RUPTL must be approved by the Minister or the Governor in accordance with their authority.

11. Business Entities whose IUPTL is issued by the Governor must submit a copy of the approved RUPTL to the Minister through the Directorate General.
