  1. Franchise offering prospectus containing at least the following material or clauses:
    • Identity of the Franchisor;
    • Franchisor's business legality;
    • History of its business activities;
    • Franchisor's organizational structure;
    • Financial reports for the last 2 (two) years;
    • Number of business locations;
    • List of Franchisees;
    • Rights and obligations of the Franchisor and Franchisees;
    • Intellectual property rights, translated officially by a sworn translator into the Indonesian language.

  2. Franchise offering prospectus legalized by a public notary with an accompanying statement from the Trade Attaché of the Republic of Indonesia, Investment Promotion Officer of the Republic of Indonesia, or Official of the Representation Office of the Republic of Indonesia in the home country.

  2. Submit a written report to the Minister of Trade through the OSS Agency if no longer conducting franchise business activities.
