  1. Fishing Business License, for small, medium, and large enterprises;

  13. Certificate from the shipyard/shipbuilder recognized by the local competent authority and containing at least the following information:
    • Vessel owner's name;
    • Construction location;
    • Construction time;
    • Main vessel material; and
    • Main vessel dimensions, for vessels in the process of construction or completed.
