Report incidental incidents in the Defense Industry environment that result in loss of human life or material and environmental damage due to human error and/or natural disasters, within a maximum of 2 x 24 hours to the Minister of Defense, with copies to the units within its jurisdiction that have tasks and functions in the Defense Industry development field.
