- A legal entity in the form of a Limited Liability Company (Perseroan Terbatas) and/or a State-Owned Company (Perusahaan Persero); Timeframe: 21 Days
- Attach proof of settling tax obligations for the last 3 (three) years; Timeframe: 21 Days
- Provide evidence of ownership or possession of a warehouse that meets the technical requirements as a warehouse for storing basic organic chemical explosive materials from agricultural sources; Timeframe: 21 Days
- Have competent experts in explosive materials and planning for the handling of explosive materials and an understanding of relevant regulations; Timeframe: 21 Days
Obligations
- Submit monthly reports related to business activities to the Minister of Defense, with copies to the Director General of Defense Potential of the Ministry of Defense; Timeframe: 1 Year
- Report incidental events in the environment of the basic organic chemical explosive material supply location that occur due to human error or negligence, or due to natural disasters resulting in loss of human life or material damage and/or environmental damage, within a maximum of 2 x 24 hours to the Minister of Defense, with copies to the Director General of Defense Potential of the Ministry of Defense; Timeframe: 1 Year
