- Authorization to sign letters for the purpose of registration
- Trademark certificate or proof of trademark registration
- Guarantee letter for the supply of active ingredients or technical materials from suppliers and/or registration data access from suppliers (letter of authorization) for those who produce their own products
- Guarantee letter for the supply of active ingredients or technical materials from suppliers for those who do not produce their own products (Letter of Access)
- Manufacturing license issued by the competent authority in the country of origin for the production of active ingredients or technical materials
- Evidence of ownership of production facilities (active ingredient or technical material plant, formulation plant, or packaging plant) in the country, as evidenced by a pesticide industry permit
