Details of Special Business License for Explosives Services (UMKU)

Authority: Minister/Head of the Agency

Requirements

1. Must have a Chief Explosives Service with the requirement of an explosive certificate issued by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and/or the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia;

   Duration: 19 Days

2. Legal entity businesses in the form of a State-Owned Company and/or Limited Liability Company (PT);

   Duration: 19 Days

3. Must have certified experts/explosive material detonation experts with an Explosive Permit Card (KIM) issued by the competent authority;

   Duration: 19 Days

4. Must have explosive equipment and its components as well as equipment to monitor the effects of detonation;

   Duration: 19 Days

5. The permit can be used for expanding explosive services businesses abroad with the approval of the minister responsible for defense affairs;

   Duration: 19 Days

6. Must meet the technical requirements determined in the coordination meeting of the Washandak Team;

   Duration: 19 Days

7. Proof of payment of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP);

   Duration: 19 Days

Responsibilities

1. Report incidental events in the defense industry environment that are due to human error and/or negligence or natural disasters resulting in loss of human life or material and/or environmental damage, within a maximum of 2 x 24 hours to the Minister of Defense with copies to the units within his scope that have duties and functions in the development of the defense industry;

   Duration: 2 Years

2. Compile and submit monthly reports to the Minister of Defense with copies to the units in his environment that have duties and functions in the field of defense industry development;

   Duration: 2 Years
