Requirements

1. General Requirements:

   Registration is conducted for Animal Products in the form of fresh animal food packaged for distribution as specified in the attachment table 4 of these provisions.

2. Administrative Requirements for Animal Products produced abroad include attaching a photocopy of the recommendation letter for the entry of Animal Products. Duration: -
3. Special Requirements:

   Administrative Requirements for Animal Products produced domestically include attaching:

   • Veterinary control number
   • Safety and quality requirements for Animal Products evidenced by accredited veterinary laboratory test results
   • Label design accompanying packaged Animal Products
   • Examples of types and packaging of Animal Products
   • Halal certificate, if required by the relevant halal authority

4. Administrative Requirements for Animal Products produced abroad:

   Originating from countries and business units that have been approved for entry by the Government of Indonesia and are listed on the Directorate of Kesmavet website, including attaching a photocopy of the recommendation letter for the entry of Animal Products.

   Meeting safety and quality requirements for Animal Products evidenced by photocopies of the Animal Product health certificate, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis, and Halal Certificate, where required.

   Meeting safety and quality requirements for animal products evidenced by test results issued by an accredited veterinary laboratory.

   Attaching label design accompanying packaged animal products written in English and Indonesian.

   Including the registration unit number from the country of origin on the packaging label.

   Attaching examples of types and packaging of animal products.
