• Dispute resolution;
• Extension and termination procedures of the Franchise Agreement;
• Guarantee;
• Number of outlets/business locations to be managed by the Franchisee.

3. Technical data form for the Franchise Registration Certificate for Franchisees originating from domestic franchises.

4. Franchise offering prospectus containing at least the following material or clauses:
• Identity of the Franchisor;
• Business legality;
• History of business activities;
• Franchisor's organizational structure;
• Financial reports for the last 2 (two) years;
• Number of business locations;
• List of Franchisees;
• Rights and obligations of the Franchisor;

Obligations:

1. Submit a written report through the Ministry/Agency in case of changes to the franchise agreement.

2. Use the franchise logo.

3. Submit a written report on franchise business activities to the Trade Service in the DKI Jakarta Province or Regency/City every year, no later than June 30 of the following year.

4. Submit a written report to the Minister of Trade through the OSS Agency if no longer conducting franchise business activities.
