Requirements
Administrative Requirements:
- Name, occupation, and address of the applicant;
- Purpose and objectives of utilizing road sections;
- Plan for utilizing road sections, including location, length of work in kilometers, cable diameter, and more;
- Duration of utilization of road sections required;
- Environmental permit and approval of environmental impact analysis or environmental permit and recommendations for environmental management and monitoring, or a statement of environmental management and monitoring capabilities from the competent authority;
- Statement in the provided form (signed with duty stamp);
- Lease agreement or permit statement (related to leasing State-Owned Assets);
- Copy of the applicant's ID card;
- Copy of the Articles of Association and any amendments;
- Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP); and/or
- Valid Taxpayer Status Certificate.
Technical Requirements:
- Detailed design drawings of the type or structure to be constructed, technical specifications, as well as the schedule and implementation methods such as site plans, map placements, location photos, 1:1000 site maps, and more;
- Risk analysis;
- Environmental studies; and/or
- Types of infrastructure and technology to be used.
Obligations
- Compliance with the terms and conditions for the utilization and use of non-toll road sections;
- Must cooperate with the Ministry of Transportation/Local Transportation Agency and the police;
- Letter from the local Government related to the levy for advertising or media (IPR) arrangements according to SE PU No.14 of 2011;
- Other requirements specified in the Technical Permit/Recommendation issued.
