  1. Must have a minimum of an Indonesian expert with at least Class III Nautical Expertise (ANT-III) or Class III Technical Expertise (ATT-III) or a Diploma III in Sea Transport and Port Management (KALK) or Sea Transportation / Ship Engineering with at least 5 (five) years of experience in ship brokerage and/or ship rental, as evidenced by a Work Certificate from a company engaged in ship brokerage and/or ship rental;
