Obligations

  1. The installation to be operated must meet the certification for operational fitness. Duration: -
  2. Fulfill Basic Infrastructure Commitments as required for the Business (e.g., Space Utilization Compliance, Environmental Permits, Building Approvals, SLF, AMDAL, UKL/UPL, etc.). Duration: -
  3. In the event of changes in SPKLU / SPBKLU scheme and location data, business entities must report these changes to the Directorate General. Duration: -
  4. Operation shall be carried out by Technical Personnel with Competency Certificates. Duration: -
  5. Equipment used must comply with the applicable Indonesian National Standards. Duration: -
  6. Business entities operating SPKLU and SPBKLU must have Supporting Electricity Business Permits. Duration: -
