Requirements
- Evidence of payment of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP);
- Possession of a parking facility plan that includes;
- Determination of the needs and requirements for parking space units;
- Availability of pedestrian facilities;
- Adequate lighting equipment;
- Traffic movement circulation;
- Provision of fire-fighting facilities;
- Provision of security facilities;
- Provision of safety facilities;
- Installation and placement of signs, markers, and information media;
- Conducting a traffic impact analysis for new parking business permits or parking area development applications;
- Building structure construction must comply with the regulations of parking building;
- Good air circulation for parking building;
- Turning radius arrangement for parking building;
- Provision of emergency exit routes for parking building;
- Evidence of land ownership rights or land use agreement;
- Valid basic business license;
- Technical documents that include: 1. Cargo handling volume and vessel visit frequency plans and the plan size (tonnage and length) of the largest vessel to dock/moor; 2. Drawings of layout, elevations, sections, and dimensions, as well as construction material types, with at least 4 (four) geographical coordinate points, namely 2 (two) points on the waterfront and 2 (two) points on the land; 3. Map of the Working Environment Area and Area of Interest for Special Terminals; and 4. Situation map (mapping) of Special Terminals/Terminals for Own Purposes relative to other installations/buildings in the vicinity; and
- Minutes of review and evaluation of development/expansion plans for Special Terminals/Terminals for Own Purposes by the Harbor Master together with the nearest Port Operator and the local Navigational District, which must include: 1. Confirmation that the nearest public port cannot serve the loading and unloading activities of raw materials, production outputs, and production support equipment; 2. Data on docking/mooring facilities; 3. At least 4 (four) geographical coordinate points, namely 2 (two) points on the waterfront and 2 (two) points on the land; 4. Plans for the entrance and exit routes of Special Terminals/Terminals for Own Purposes and Navigation Aids - Shipping; and 5. Field review documentation.
