Situation map (mapping) of Special Terminals/Terminals for Own Purposes relative to other installations/buildings in the vicinity; and

  19. Minutes of review and evaluation of development/expansion plans for Special Terminals/Terminals for Own Purposes by the Harbor Master together with the nearest Port Operator and the local Navigational District, which must include: 1. Confirmation that the nearest public port cannot serve the loading and unloading activities of raw materials, production outputs, and production support equipment; 2. Data on docking/mooring facilities; 3. At least 4 (four) geographical coordinate points, namely 2 (two) points on the waterfront and 2 (two) points on the land; 4. Plans for the entrance and exit routes of Special Terminals/Terminals for Own Purposes and Navigation Aids - Shipping; and 5. Field review documentation.
