1. Legal entity in the form of a State-Owned Company (Perusahaan Persero) and/or Limited Liability Company (Perseroan Terbatas - PT);

2. Attach proof of tax obligation settlement for the last 3 (three) years;

3. Submit an application for the quota of explosives and explosive accessories required for the upcoming year;

4. Attach a plan for the use or distribution of explosives and explosive accessories;

5. Attach a report on the realization of the use or distribution of explosives and explosive accessories for the year;

6. Meet the technical requirements set in the coordination meeting of the Explosives Watchdog Team (Tim Washandak);

7. Provide evidence of Non-Tax Revenue (PNBP) payment;

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Minister of Defense, with copies to the work units within its jurisdiction responsible for the defense industry development;

Duration: 1 Year

2. Report incidental incidents within the defense industry environment caused by human error and/or negligence or natural disasters resulting in loss of human life, material damage, and/or environmental damage, within a maximum of 2 x 24 hours to the Minister of Defense, with copies to the work units within its jurisdiction responsible for the defense industry development;
