- Proficiency in the Indonesian language, both spoken and written, proven by a certificate of passing an Indonesian language examination from a state Indonesian language institution
- Copy of Competency Certificate as a veterinary specialist from their home country
- Copy of a practice license from their home country
- No ethical or legal issues in their home country, proven by a written statement from the veterinary authority of their home country
- Copy of the membership card from the Veterinary Professional Organization in their home country
- Registered as a member of the veterinary professional organization in Indonesia
- Statement of partnership with an Indonesian veterinary doctor
- Copy of the Competency Certificate in the field of tropical animal diseases in Indonesia
- Meet the same competency standards as Indonesian veterinary specialists for the type of service provided, proven by a certificate from the veterinary professional organization in Indonesia
- Statement of willingness to comply with legal regulations and professional ethics
- Statement of the veterinary practice location
- Foreign national veterinary medical personnel for Veterinary Specialists.
