Requirements
- Proof of land rights from the government agency responsible for land matters, or, if construction is carried out in a forest area, it requires a Forest Usage Permit or approval for changing the designation of forest areas from the minister responsible for forestry;
- Documentation indicating compliance with spatial planning;
- Report on site evaluation implementation;
- Key facility data;
- Safety facility assessment documentation;
- Documentation of the site evaluation management system implementation.
Responsibilities
- The Site Permit Holder must apply for a Construction Permit no later than 2 years after the Site Permit is granted.
