      • Layout, elevation, section drawings, dimensions, and construction material types with at least 4 (four) geographic coordinate points, including 2 (two) points at the dock/waterfront and 2 (two) points on land;
      • Map of the Working Area and Area of Interest for Special Terminals;
      • Situational map (mapping) of Special Terminals concerning other nearby installations/buildings.
      • Duration: 5 Years
    9. Minutes of the review and evaluation of the development of Special Terminals by the Harbor Master, together with the nearest Port Operator and at least the local Navigation District containing:
      • That the nearest public port cannot serve the handling of raw materials, production results, and production support equipment;
      • Data on mooring facilities;
      • At least 4 (four) geographic coordinate points, including 2 (two) points at the dock/waterfront and 2 (two) points on land;
      • Plan for the entrance and exit routes of Special Terminals and Navigational Aids - Shipping;
      • Field review documentation.

    1. Comply with the laws and regulations in the field of shipping and environmental sustainability

    2. Comply with the laws and regulations of other government agencies related to its primary business

    3. Carry out the development of Special Terminals according to the established schedule
      • Duration: 5 Years
    4. Complete the development of Special Terminals within a maximum of 18 (eighteen) months from the issuance of the Special Terminal construction permit
      • Duration: 5 Years
    5. Take full responsibility for the consequences during the implementation of the construction of the relevant Special Terminal
      • Duration: 5 Years
    6. Report the progress of Special Terminal construction activities every 3 (three) months to the local port operator
      • Duration: 5 Years
    7. Take full responsibility for the construction of the relevant Special Terminal
      • Duration: 5 Years
    8. Provide and maintain Navigational Aids - Shipping, navigation routes, harbor basins, and facilities necessary for the smooth flow of ship and cargo traffic and the smooth execution of government tasks at the Special Terminal
