Obligations
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Minister of Defense, with copies to the units in its environment that have duties and functions in the defense industry development sector; Timeframe: 1 Year
- Report incidental events in the defense industry environment that occur due to human error or negligence, or due to natural disasters that result in loss of human life or material damage and/or environmental damage, within a maximum of 2 x 24 hours to the Minister of Defense, with copies to the units in its environment that have duties and functions in the defense industry development sector.
