1. Recommendation for Establishment of a Factory

   • Duration: 19 Days

2. Documentation confirming ownership or control of the land to be used for establishing the factory, ensuring it is not in dispute

   • Duration: -

3. Documentation confirming the availability of capital to establish the factory (Ownership capital structure in the company's articles of association certified by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights or financial statements certified by a Public Accountant)

4. Statement of the availability of raw materials

   • Duration: -

5. Design of the production process technology to be used

   • Duration: -

6. Documentation of expert personnel competent in the field of explosive material fabrication and factory supervision

   • Duration: -

7. Documentation of the feasibility study approval for the factory issued by the business actor or certified institution

   • Duration: -

Responsibilities:

1. Submit monthly reports related to defense industry business activities to the Minister of Defense, with copies to the units in their environment with duties and functions in the field of defense industry development

   • Duration: 2 Years

2. Report incidents within the Defense Industry environment due to human error or negligence or due to natural disasters resulting in loss of human life or material damage and/or environmental damage, within a maximum of 2 x 24 hours, to the Minister of Defense with copies to the units in their environment with duties and functions in the field of defense industry development
