- Have a proof of brand registration certificate/brand certificate
- Have proof of payment of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP)
- Have a certificate of quality test results based on Indonesian National Standards (SNI), in the absence of SNI, use minimum technical requirements (PTM)
- Have a report on the results of effectiveness testing from the appointed testing institution
- Special Requirements:
- Raw materials for the product are safe from chemical substances that can be harmful, not pathogenic, not classified as hazardous and toxic waste (B3) category 2, and not prohibited raw materials (human waste, pig waste, carcasses other than fish)
- The method of use and dosage of the product is clearly stated on the packaging to prevent excessive use that can harm users and contaminate the environment (biodiversity, water, soil, and air)
