Requirements

1. Must have:

   1. Production facilities, infrastructure, equipment, and facilities as per their respective fields;
   2. Evidence of the availability of Raw Materials;
   3. Technical requirements according to their respective fields and sub-fields, and personnel who are educated and/or trained and certified for their field and/or sub-field; and
   4. Quality standards established by the authorized Agency.

2. Tax Liability Certificate (SKTP), Taxable Income Notification Letter (SPPKP), Tax Due Letter (SPT), Tax Payment Letter (SSP), and evidence of tax settlement for the last 3 (three) years, except for newly established businesses;

3. Letter of good standing, not currently undergoing legal processes in district courts, and not on a blacklist;

4. Letter of non-registration as a party in the bankruptcy register from the District Court or local Commercial Court;

6. Statement of the ability to provide Main Raw Materials for Production;

7. Statement of not manufacturing and/or producing prohibited defense and security equipment, as per the legal regulations;

Explanation Documents of Core Competency in Defense Industry, List of Production Facilities for manufacturing weapons and/or ammunition meeting the standards; Quality Control Test Equipment Documents; Temperature and humidity monitoring facilities documents for manufacturing and ammunition warehouses; Ammunition batch number monitoring facility documents stored in warehouses; Information technology security facilities documents for defense; List of Personnel with expertise in the fields of design, mechanical, control, optics, electronics, ballistics, and Testing Procedure Standards.

Responsibilities

1. Submit monthly reports related to Defense Industry business activities to the Minister of Defense with copies to the working units within its scope that have duties and functions in the field of Defense Industry development; and

2. Report incidental incidents in the Defense Industry environment that are due to human error and/or negligence or due to natural disasters resulting in loss of human life or material and/or environmental damage, within a maximum of 2 x 24 hours to the Minister of Defense with copies to the working units within its scope that have duties and functions in the field of Defense Industry development.
