- Requirements:
- Temporary pesticide registration is granted in the case of massive pest outbreaks in specific areas where no registered pesticides are available for the targeted pests. Occurrence of mass pest outbreaks is proposed by the departments responsible for agriculture and health in provincial or district/city regions to the Directorate General of Technical Affairs. Temporary pesticide registration is granted to owners of pesticide registration numbers or pesticide products capable of controlling mass pest outbreaks. Temporary pesticide registration is valid until the occurrence of mass pest outbreaks is under control or for a maximum of 1 (one) year. The success of pest control is determined by the department representing agriculture and health functions in the affected outbreak areas. Validity Period: -

- Efficacy and residue testing results.
- Toxicity testing results (oral, dermal, sensitization, and irritation).
