Specific Requirement: License for Self-Generation of Electricity is mandatory for generating capacity above 500 kW in a single installation system.

Business Entities must submit a Technical Study, with documents (in Indonesian) containing:
- Electricity demand analysis
- Installation location including layout (site plan)
- Single-line diagram
- Type and capacity of the Electricity Supply Installation
- Construction schedule
- Operating schedule

Fulfill Basic Infrastructure Commitments according to Business Needs (e.g., Land Use Compliance, Environmental Approval, Building Approval, SLF, etc.).

The operation installation must have a Certificate of Operation Eligibility.

Operation must be carried out by Technical Personnel with Competency Certificates.

Equipment used must comply with the applicable Indonesian National Standards.
