Details of Special Business License for Explosives Material Distribution (UMKU)

Requirements

1. Must have a permit for explosives material distribution;

   Duration: 19 Days

2. Must have a warehousing business permit;

   Duration: 19 Days

3. Attach proof of settling tax obligations for the last 3 (three) years;

   Duration: 19 Days

4. Must have a commercial explosive services permit;

   Duration: 19 Days

5. Must have a research and development business permit; and/or

   Duration: 19 Days

6. Proof of payment of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP);

   Duration: 19 Days

7. Legal entity businesses in the form of a State-Owned Company and/or Limited Liability Company (PT);

   Duration: 19 Days

8. Must have a factory establishment recommendation;

   Duration: 19 Days

9. Must have a factory establishment permit;

   Duration: 19 Days

10. Must have a factory expansion or development recommendation;

    Duration: 19 Days

11. Must have a permit for explosives material import;

    Duration: 19 Days

12. Must meet the technical requirements set in the coordination meeting of the Washandak Team.

    Duration: 19 Days

Responsibilities

1. Report incidental events in the business activities environment that are due to human error and/or negligence or natural disasters resulting in loss of human life or material and/or environmental damage, within a maximum of 2 x 24 hours to the Minister of Defense with copies to the units within his scope that have duties and functions in the development of the defense industry.

   Duration: 2 Years

2. Compile and submit monthly reports to the Minister of Defense with copies to the units in his environment that have duties and functions in the field of defense industry development;

   Duration: 2 Years
