     Personnel responsible for the security of radioactive materials; and/or
     Other personnel handling ionizing radiation sources.

  7. Document of radiation protection and safety program and/or document of radioactive substance security program;

Obligations

  1. Conduct cargo and/or container inspection activities in accordance with the permit issued by the Regulatory Body;

  2. Conduct irradiation following radiation protection principles;

  3. Implement radiation protection and safety according to the permit requirements and implement the security program of radioactive materials;

    Timeframe: -

  4. Allow the Head of the Regulatory Body to conduct inspections during the permit's validity period;

    Timeframe: -

  5. Submit safety verification reports and/or radioactive material security reports to the Regulatory Body periodically every year from the date of the Business Permit issuance.
