      • Environment documents certified by an authorized official in accordance with environmental regulations;

    4. Work contract between the Activity Owner and the Activity Executor

    5. Statement that the land resulting from the Reclamation Activity will be requested for management rights by the local Port Operator in accordance with legal regulations

    6. Statement of willingness to allocate 5% (five percent) of the total land resulting from the Reclamation Activity to the local Port Operator for government purposes

    7. For Reclamation Activity carried out by the Terminal Operator for Own Use (TUKS) or Special Terminal Operator (TERSUS), attach a statement that the land resulting from the Reclamation Activity is used to support core business and is not leased to other parties

    8. Consideration of maritime safety and security aspects by the Harbor Master together with the local Navigation District

    9. Consideration by the local Port Operator of compliance with the Port Master Plan for Reclamation Activities located within the Working Environment Area and Port of Interest areas

    10. Consideration by the local district/city mayor of compliance with the general spatial planning of the respective district/city for Reclamation Activities in the waters of terminals located outside the Working Environment Area or Port of Interest areas or Special Terminals

    11. Sea maps depicting the location of Reclamation Activity approved by the Port Operator, complete with geographic coordinate points

    12. Reclamation Activity work plan proposal known to the responsible person, which includes at least:
      • Purpose and objectives, land allocation plan for reclamation, list of equipment used, reclamation work execution method, and material sources;
      • Reclamation Activity schedule;
      • Economic aspects that include the ability to finance the execution of Reclamation Activities;
      • Social impact that occurs during the execution of Reclamation Activities, as evidenced by a socialization report to the local community;
