   • Number of food handlers with a certificate of food safety training or (for Drinking Water Depots) a certificate of hygiene and sanitation training for depot operators

2. Technical Requirements include:
   • Certificate of food safety training for the manager/owner/responsible person of TPP
   • Certificate of food safety training for food handlers or hygiene and sanitation training for Drinking Water Depot food handlers/operator

3. Evidence of Standardized Quality Standards from a KAN-accredited laboratory or a laboratory designated by the regional government no later than 1 month before the application
