1. Legal entities in the form of Limited Liability Companies (PT) and/or State-Owned Enterprises (Perusahaan Persero);

2. Attach evidence of settling tax obligations for the last 3 years;

3. Submit a request for additional quota of explosives and explosive accessories, supported by reasons;

4. Attach a plan for the use or distribution of Explosive Materials and Explosive Accessories;

5. Attach the allocation decision for quotas of Explosive Materials and Explosive Accessories;

   Timeframe: -

6. Attach a report on the realization of the use or distribution of explosives and explosive accessories from the previous year;

7. Meet the technical requirements established in the coordination meeting of the Explosive Materials Supervision Team (Tim Washandak);

8. Provide proof of payment for Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP);

Obligations

1. Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Minister of Defense, with copies to units within its scope with responsibilities and functions in the defense industry sector; and

   Timeframe: 1 Year

2. Report incidental incidents in the defense industry environment that occur due to human error and/or negligence or natural disasters resulting in loss of human life or material and/or environmental damage, within 2 x 24 hours to the Minister of Defense, with copies to units within its scope with responsibilities and functions in the defense industry sector.
