    Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping and Instrument Diagram (P&ID)

    Certificate of Suitability for Installation Use or previous Operation Approval (for existing installations)

    Risk Analysis Results (if available)

    Lifespan Extension Assessment Results (for equipment that has exceeded the design lifespan)

  5. 5. If the documents submitted are incomplete and incorrect, DMT will issue a rejection letter for the issuance of Operation Eligibility Approval.

Obligations:

  1. 1. Any changes to installations must be reported to the Head of Gas Inspection, and safety inspections can be carried out on these installations

  2. 2. Safety inspections shall be carried out no later than 3 months before the expiration of the Approval period; and

  3. 3. If events occur that render the installation unfit and unsafe to operate and there are incorrect documents, the Approval may be reviewed

  4. 4. For the purpose of equipment data documentation, the Chief Technical Officer or Inspection Company must submit, among other things:
